By accessing and using the services provided by Polished Path Careers (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Scope of Services

Polished Path Careers provides professional resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, and career readiness workshops. All advice, documents, and materials are designed to enhance your job search and career development skills but are not a guarantee of specific employment outcomes.

 

2. No Guarantee of Employment or Interviews

While we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services, we do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer, secure an interview, or achieve any specific career outcome as a result of using our services. Job search results depend on factors beyond our control, including your experience, skills, qualifications, job market conditions, and employer hiring practices.

 

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before services commence. See booking information for accepted forms of payment. We do not accept cash or checks. Payment is non-refundable except as stated in Section 4.

 

4. Refund and Revision Policy

• No Refunds: All sales are final once services begin.

• Resume Revisions: After receiving your draft resume, you are entitled to one round of final adjustments based on your feedback. Once final adjustments are delivered and approved, no additional revisions will be made without purchasing an additional service package.

• Workshops: Payments for workshops are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with at least 10 business days’ notice, subject to availability.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all services.

• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarifications to ensure timely delivery.

• Review drafts and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and resources provided by Polished Path Careers are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

 

7. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or accessibility of these external sites or tools. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polished Path Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
