Refund Policy

By purchasing services from Polished Path Careers (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms and conditions. This policy applies to all resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, workshops, and other career-related services we provide.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services, all sales are final. Once payment has been received and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

2. Resume & Document Services

• Clients will receive an initial draft of their resume, LinkedIn profile, or other career documents for review.

• One round of final adjustments is included in the service package. These adjustments must be requested within [5 business days] of receiving the draft.

• After the final adjustments are delivered and approved, no further revisions are included without purchasing an additional service package.

 

3. Interview Preparation Sessions

Payments for interview coaching or preparation sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least [3 business days] notice, subject to availability.

 

4. Workshops & Group Trainings

Payments for workshops or group training sessions are non-refundable. In the event you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule the session one time with at least [10 business days] written notice, subject to mutual availability.

 

5. No Guarantee of Employment

While we strive to provide high-quality, professional career services, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific career outcomes. Your results will depend on factors beyond our control, including your skills, qualifications, work history, market conditions, and employer hiring practices.

 

6. Acknowledgment

By engaging Polished Path Careers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and that you accept responsibility for your purchase decisions.
